Tom has created two startup companies, HowZabout.com and ConceptLabs.net. He has worked for global management consultancies Ernst & Young and Accenture with Global 100 clients including Ford
Motor Company, Barclays Bank, Daimler/Chrysler and Microsoft. He has also held a number of senior research and development positions at Seybold Computing, Coopers & Lybrand, Fidelity Investments and Irving Trust Bank.
Tom received Doctoral training in Social Anthropology form McGill University of the University of Edinburgh, giving him a unique perspective on how organizations can adopt and adapt new social computing tools.
